Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window
Items must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Apparel (Men, Women, Baby): Unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Electronics: Must be in the original packaging with all cables, manuals, and accessories included. The factory seal must not be broken unless the device is defective.
- Watches: Must include the original box, warranty card, and all links (if applicable). No visible scratches or signs of wear.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Final sale/clearance items.
- For hygiene reasons: Intimate apparel and certain baby products (e.g., pacifiers or teething toys) if the seal is broken.
4. Return Process
- Initiate: Email us at
[Your Email Address]with your order number and the reason for the return. - Ship: Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label (or instructions).
- Inspect: After receiving your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your electronics or watches arrive damaged or aren’t working properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can prioritize your replacement or repair.
